Flex Circuits (FPC)Property:

1. Flexibility
It can be bent, folded and deformed freely. Its coil radius is small and it can be moved freely along X, Y, Z axis separately.
2. Occupy small space
Since it is light and thin, it makes best use of the narrow space in the instruments. (average thickness 1.1-0. Am)
3. Light weight
Its weight is very light because the design of FPC is not based on mechanical strength but current load.
4. Good seal capability
The flexible board could be designed for low- tensile seal enduring the adverse environment.
5. Steady transmission
The wiring pattern and the conductor distance can be freely designed according to electric parameters. Once the pattern is finalized, parameters of R. L. C is steady accordingly.
6. Easy assembly
The property of terminal is good enough to be fixed to any equipment by soldering, inserting, riveting and gluing. Manual mistakes in traditional wiring are avoided.
7. Good insulation
We selected the materials with good insulation property, such as polyimide, polyester, etc. Usually, the wiring is covered, so the insulation is greatly strengthened.

FPC & FFC can be extensively applied:
1. Communication device (such as mobile phone, pager, telephone, facsimile machine)

ACP series is a fast-curing anisotropic conductive adhesive for chip attachment or flip chip assembly (e. G. With Ni, AG, Ni/Au or Au-bumps). With prolonged storage shelf life, it is especially suitable for smart card, smart label and RFID applications. In addition to its low water absorption and high reliability at 85° C / 85% RH, it has very good adhesion to a variety of substrates including polyester, polyimide, FR4, copper, aluminum and silver etc.

DESCRIPTION
ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE INK is an electrically conductive ink, coating and adhesive suitable for application by
stamping, screen printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. This product features excellent adhesion to
Kapton, Mylar, glass, Indium/Tin Oxide (ITO) sputtered surfaces and a variety of other surfaces. Unlike
conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. Some
applications for 101-42 include, but are not limited to, emi/rfi shielding of polyimide flexible circuits,
polymer thick film circuitry, membrane switches, electrical attachments for surface mounted devices,
busbars on ITO sputtered surfaces and anode coatings for tantalum capacitors.

SUGGESTED HANDLING & CURING:

ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE INK is ready to use as supplied. Further thinning may be
accomplished by adding small amounts of CMI Thinner #203 and/or butyl cellosolve acetate. Prior to
using, be certain to resuspend silver. Best properties, for most applications, result when cured for 3
minutes at 185°C. Very good properties result when cured for 5 minutes at 93°C. Good properties are
obtained on a variety of substrates by dry and curing at temperatures ranging from 50°C to 200°C. End
user is advised to experimentally determine temperature and time best suited for individual applications.

STORAGE: Shelf Life: 12 months at 25°C.
SAFETY & HANDLING: Use with adequate ventilation. Keep away from sparks and open flames. Avoid
prolonged contact with skin and breathing of vapors. Wash with soap and water to remove from skin.
